Ever since Arjuna Ranatunga decided to take a stand and wag his finger at umpires, boards seem to believe it is in their best interests to back their players to the hilt and hit out at those making the accusation. And not without good reason, besides the investment made in developing a player, if one their own is found guilty it is an embarrassment to everyone from the coaches to the selection committee. But these selfish motives end up doing far more harm than good, and the recent spate of cases being reported are ample proof of this. Once found guilty however, the player is usually left alone to work on a comeback with no guarantee of success.

agreed SP, the chuckers are raining like Sehwag sixes and fours. the thing is are they real chuckers ?
that's what achettup is trying to find out...whom to blame...player or system...how to put system in place so that occurrences are nil...
