if you don't know already this is the sound of air blowing out from perth baloon...

we were promised of lots of chin music...were asked to wear dancing shoes for this 'hot' track...but look who is dancing now...the shoes are well there but somehow the destination is changed...

just before the match started when everybody wrote india off... i was discussing with my friend soulberry that india becomes far more competitive, than people would like to admit, on pitches which offers some assistance...the same happened at scg and now it has happened in perth too...

if only our tail wagged for one more over (despite all that happened at scg) things could have been different...mind you theres lots of cricket still to be played but its better feeling when you are on top with 1-0 scoreline than 2-0 against you...

way to go india!!

The match isn't over. India need 350 more.

Harby will be missed later...and I did think if India screwed up in this match it was in selection...DK for Dhoni so he could open and keep and Harby needed for days 4 and 5 alongside Kumble. This pitch will have uneven bounce from thereon...later day 4 and 5.

70% + clay and heat meant ideal conditions for bowlers like Kumble and Harby if the match went into days 4-5 with Oz batting second..

as i commented on your post that the only brownie point aussies have scored in this match is relaying enough verbals to put doubts in indias mind to not include bhajji...

there is still lot to do...but the crux of the matter is in the thinking...

have they surprised themselves with this performance??? or they believe that they have come to this position by hard work and deserved to be here...

if its later than we are in for something special here...

Interesting day of play... India looks to be on top... but Aussies tend to comeback strongly at some stage or the other... so let's see how it goes over the remaining few days.

why we fear aussies so much...we deserve to be in this position and our batters now that this is the last chance in this series...to keep it alive i.e.

as i said that if india feel that they deserve to be here than i can not see why they should not carry on to consolidate...

india will have to stay positive and believe that they can win...aussies are not going to hand over the match we will have to WIN it...

Given some warm-up matches (first and second Tests) the Indian pace bowlers are more than a match for the Aussie batting line-up.

Wonder if this series might have played out a little differently given a couple of less crucial warm-up matches prior to the Tests.

Everything is blowing in right direction as now we indian are playing without fear of umpires....
and ponting and his team mates must be missing Buckner and Benson.........

Welcome King...

our bowling has surprisingly come good on this tour its for our batting that we are staring 2-0 lead...

aussies are caught on wrong foot they came here thinking they just had to turn to the park given the reputation of perth

yeah, the warm ups were good...and now aussies are getting taste of their own medicine...

i bet they are missing...

even there were chants on ground like "we want buckner, we want buckner"...
